Chapter Seven: Upheaval
At that moment, Xing Meng had already closed those pictures. Lei Bin, clutching his chest, struggled to get up and saw before him a female soldier with golden hair, large eyes, a high nose bridge, extremely beautiful features, tall stature, dressed in a military uniform skirt, and with a pair of prominent peaks on her chest. She was glaring at him with fiery eyes.
“Damn... I accidentally said it out loud...” Lei Bin knew he was in big trouble. Every time he interacted with Xing *liu, it was only in his mind, without speaking. But just now, when this beautiful woman spoke to him, his nervous system got a bit confused, and he blurted it out.
“What’s going on? What happened?” Some soldiers standing guard with guns gathered around and asked.
“This man... he... he sexually harassed me...” The golden-haired beauty with large waves of hair glared fiercely at Lei Bin with her phoenix-shaped eyes, her chest heaving violently with anger.
“What? A new recruit already has such audacity? This is outrageous! How dare you molest Captain Loulan? Arrest him and put him in solitary confinement.” With that, two soldiers came over and grabbed Lei Bin, who was still holding his chest.
“Damn, who is that woman, a captain? And that kick, it was so powerful!” Lei Bin felt an intense heat and discomfort in his chest.
But before he could think more, the two soldiers had dragged him away.
Lei Bin hadn’t expected that, upon arrival at the base, just as he was about to lose his virginity, he would be arrested. No wonder they say lust ruins everything—it really seems true. Lei Bin felt like crying but had no tears.
After being thrown into a dark small room, the heavy iron door slammed shut behind him with a clang.
“You should have dodged that kick like this, then struck her knee joint with your elbow to force her back. Of course, she is a practitioner of ancient martial arts, with a physique far stronger than yours. You are no match for her now. Next time you encounter her, you can choose to run away.” At this moment, Xing Meng played back the footage of Lei Bin being attacked and explained it to him. To improve Lei Bin’s strength, Xing Meng gave him lessons anytime, anywhere.
“Damn, so she’s an ancient martial artist. No wonder she’s so formidable. But she really is beautiful, even more so than those women in the pictures earlier. If I could lose my virginity to her, that would be amazing. I wonder what her name is?” Lei Bin paid no attention to the counterattack techniques just explained; instead, he fantasized again about the female captain.
Sometimes, such fantasies about women can ease a man’s mental burden and coordinate relaxation of brain cells. This was why Xing Meng always showed Lei Bin pictures of beautiful women in private.
“Her name is Loulan, a captain. She was transferred to the Tumu Star No. 3 Base on May 8th, New Era 1103...” suddenly, a series of information about Loulan appeared in Lei Bin’s mind.
“Wow, Xing Meng, you’re amazing! Just a glance and you know the identity.” Lei Bin was increasingly fond of Xing Meng’s power. Since Xing Meng didn’t reject his thoughts about women, maybe he could use Xing Meng to help him pick up girls in the future. At the thought, his saliva dripped uncontrollably.
“Since you, Xing Meng, are ‘raping’ me, I’ll use you to ‘rape’ other beautiful women. Life is a cycle of you ‘raping’ me, and me ‘raping’ you—either you actively enjoy it, or you suffer passively, hahaha...” Lei Bin proudly boasted his theory. Of course, he only said this casually in his head; he definitely wouldn’t actually assault a woman. That was a matter of morality.
---
“Yes, everyone in the Federation has a file in my database,” Xing Meng said. She didn’t find any problem with Lei Bin’s thoughts and continued to answer his questions.
“Seems like this supercomputer of yours is somewhat useful. Hmm, so she’s a captain, which makes things difficult. And I harassed a captain—now I wonder how long I’ll be locked up.” Lei Bin was once again frustrated, wondering if he’d be confined for two months.
“According to Federation law, molesting a female superior results in half a month of solitary confinement, cancellation of all salary, a major demerit record, and in severe cases, dismissal from military service. Judging by Loulan’s expression just now, you are very likely to be discharged,” Xing Meng analyzed the data.
“Damn, half a month locked up? Fine, lock me up. Dismiss me? Whatever. But canceling all my salary? Damn it, earning this money isn’t easy!” Lei Bin was furious. He didn’t care about discharge, but losing his pay was a serious blow.
He had planned to use that money to lose his virginity.
“Damn it—a woman thinks she’s badass just because she knows some martial arts? If I become a major general, I’ll definitely deal with you, hmmph...” Lei Bin vented his anger on Loulan.
“Since you have no other military tasks now, continue training,” Xing Meng said, immediately implanting the mech program into Lei Bin’s mind.
“Damn... training again? Can’t I have a break?” Lei Bin was about to lose his mind.
“At the appropriate time, I will allow you to relax. Start training now. If you pass, I’ll gather some private photos of Loulan for you to see,” Xing Meng said.
“Really? Haha, awesome!” Lei Bin was aroused and inspired to unleash his full potential. Activating the mech, he fiercely engaged in simulated combat.
“Damn, she’s so damn sexy. When I become a general, I’ll definitely get with her,” Lei Bin salivated as he looked at the fully three-dimensional private photos of Loulan.
That day, just as he was enjoying himself, he suddenly heard a loud rumbling outside. The entire confinement room started shaking violently.
“What the hell? What’s going on? Is it an earthquake?” Lei Bin sat up immediately.
“This kind of movement isn’t an earthquake; it must be a strong attack on the base. Only the cannon fire from a B-class battleship could generate such power,” Xing Meng quickly said.
“Damn, no way! We’re under attack? Isn’t Base No. 3 far from the Galactic Empire’s base? How could we suddenly be attacked?” Lei Bin was shocked.
---
“I don’t know. There’s no network signal nearby, so I can’t get outside information,” Xing Meng said.
“Damn, if the base falls to them, I’ll become a prisoner. That’s a real problem,” Lei Bin frowned.
This was supposed to be a simple mission—finish it and go back to open his repair shop. Who would have thought so many complications would arise?
Explosions kept sounding, rumbling as if the earth itself might crack. Judging from the intensity, the entire base was on the brink of destruction.
However, because the confinement room where Lei Bin was located was far from the base’s center, the attacks hadn’t reached him yet. He was still safe.
The explosions continued for four or five hours. Outside, chaos was unmistakable, but the confinement room was in a remote area, so no one came during the turmoil. Lei Bin was essentially forgotten there.
“Damn, what do I do now? Xing Meng, can you open this door? We can’t just wait to die. If I become an imperial prisoner and get sold to a brothel, that’d be terrible.” Lei Bin tried pushing the door but found it very sturdy and hard to open.
“This door is manual, not automatic, so I can’t control it through the computer. But I do have a way to help you open it,” Xing Meng said.
“What way?” Lei Bin was instantly hopeful.
“I can teach you how to pick the lock. The lock is close to the food delivery window—you can reach it with your arm. There’s some wire on the bed you can use as a lockpicking tool,” Xing Meng explained.
“Damn, so you’re a master thief too, Xing Meng? Hurry up and teach me!” Lei Bin immediately started looking for wire to pick the lock.
“I originally planned the espionage course for later days, but now we’ll have to move it up,” Xing Meng said, pulling up a bunch of lockpicking tutorials.
