Rayleigh's house.
Camille sat on the sofa, a cigarette between his lips, listening to Rayleigh recount the tales of Gol D. Roger, the Pirate King. Nearby, Luffy and the others were full of wonder and amazement.
Especially when they heard about Roger's involvement in that particular incident, they exclaimed in shock.
“Mr. Camille, where did you get those cigarettes? Give me a few packs, will you?” Sanji, who was sitting beside Camille, spoke up. Earlier, Camille had tossed him a cigarette, and he found it much better than the ones he rolled himself.
“Alright, sure.” Camille chuckled lightly; fellow smokers ought to look out for each other, after all. He pulled out a few packs and handed them to Sanji. As Rayleigh finished the tale of Gol D. Roger, he agreed to coat the Straw Hat ship, after which Luffy decided to leave and head to the amusement park.
Camille could only smile wryly. As they departed, he discreetly sent a message to Olvia, warning her that Admiral Kizaru might arrive soon, and to be prepared.

Marine Headquarters, Marineford.
The massive stone wall at the front of the headquarters had been repaired, showing no trace of the destruction Camille had caused years ago.
Marshal Sengoku’s office.
“Buru...”
Suddenly, the Den Den Mushi on the desk rang.
Sengoku, in the midst of reviewing documents, frowned. The three admirals seated on the sofa also heard the sound and looked over, each gripped by an uneasy premonition.
“I’m Sengoku!” He picked up the Den Den Mushi.
The three listened intently.

“Sengoku...Marshal Sengoku, I’m Vice Admiral Aaron stationed at Sabaody Archipelago. Something terrible has happened here.” The voice on the other end was clearly panicked, trembling.
“What is it? Take your time and explain.” Sengoku’s brows knit together tightly, the sense of dread growing stronger. The three admirals sitting nearby frowned deeply, their expressions confused.
“Marshal Sengoku, a Celestial Dragon has been killed.” The voice of the Navy Vice Admiral, after uttering these words, seemed to release a heavy burden; his tone slackened.
“What!!”
Sengoku’s voice nearly echoed through the Marine Headquarters. The three admirals jumped to their feet upon hearing this, their eyes wide with disbelief.
A Celestial Dragon had died ten years ago, and now another? The last one was slain by that terrifying man, but how could anyone dare to kill a Celestial Dragon now? While nothing could be done about that man, ordinary people would never have the courage.
“Repeat that for me, and tell me the details,” Sengoku said as he slowly sat down.
“It happened like this...”
“Alright, I’ll send an admiral immediately. Keep watch over those pirates for now,” Sengoku replied, his face grave.
Click! He hung up the Den Den Mushi.
“Kizaru, I’m assigning this task to you. You know the Straw Hat Pirates. If they resist, execute them on the spot,” Sengoku ordered.
“Alright, alright, I’ll get it done. Killing a Celestial Dragon... they sure have guts.” Kizaru replied slyly, though the memory of that mysterious purple-haired man from years ago sent a shiver down his spine.
Watching Kizaru depart, Sengoku’s brows remained tightly furrowed, as if foreboding troubles awaited.
The one who killed the Celestial Dragon was Camille. Since the Navy hadn’t witnessed it, they pinned the blame on the Straw Hat Pirates. Had Sengoku known Camille was on the Bubble Archipelago, he’d probably have dispatched a hundred warships. But for now, this was the Navy’s tragedy.

Camille followed not far behind Luffy and his crew. Upon leaving Rayleigh’s, he had used his spiritual sense to scan the area, and, to his surprise, one of the Seven Warlords had indeed arrived. This time, Camille didn’t intend for Luffy’s crew to scatter across the world.
Heh, time to put them through their paces—a little training should be good for them, Camille thought, a smile tugging at his lips. The Straw Hats ahead involuntarily shivered.
The story still unfolded along its original path, and Kizaru and his men arrived quickly.
But this time Rayleigh would not appear; only Camille would intervene.
As Kizaru’s foot was about to crush Zoro to pieces, Luffy and the others watched anxiously, while also keeping an eye on the Pacifista.
At this critical moment, if Camille didn’t step in, Zoro might truly meet his end.
Just as the enormous yellow-tinged foot was about to come down, a massive burst of purple sword energy suddenly shot forth.
Kizaru, recognizing the familiar purple sword aura, frowned. He used his Devil Fruit powers to dodge, while the sword energy swept above Zoro’s head, slicing the Pacifista cleanly in two.
Boom!
The sword energy struck the distant forest, felling countless immense trees with a constant crackling sound.
Kizaru stared at the toppled trees, his head stiffly turning toward the direction from which the sword energy had come.
And there he saw the last person he wanted to see. If only he hadn’t turned his head—upon seeing that purple sword aura, he should have guessed who it was and left immediately. But now...
